After a little motorcycle ride from Calabogie we stopped at Rob Roy's for a couple of cold ones.We sat on the patio out back great view of the old mill and dam.The owner even gave us a couple of beer shades to keep the sun off are beers, never seen that before. They have Newcastle Brown Ale on tap and after just returning from the UK I could not resist .Look forward to a return visit to Rob Roy's in the future.

Terrible service, food was sub par over cooked, cold and tasteless. If I was given a gift certificate for this place I would burn it. I wouldn't give anyone the displeasure of eating here even for free. Never going back. I'm sure if you had enough alcohol in your system and absolutely needed food this would be the only way you could stomach it.

Delicious food, great music, and wonderful service. Fish and chips were delicious as was the buffalo chicken wrap. Had to wait a bit for our food to arrive (though we were one of two tables seated) but waiting for wonderful food is worth it!!

Food choices in Smiths Falls are a little thin, so if you don't want fast food, and you are hoping for an alcoholic beverage with your food, there's Rob Roy's. Located right in the downtown adjacent to the falls, you have a great view out on the back deck.
The food is pretty standard pub fare, so no surprises there. They have the requisite selection of beverages as well to accompany whatever you choose, so your thirst will be slaked. Service is friendly, though not that fast. They are open late so check them out when everyone else is closed.

HUGE fish and chips.   Great beer selection.  Alana our bartender was friendly and helpful w menu guidance.   Rob Roy's is the place downtown w a kitchen and bar that are open the longest.
